2. What personal data do we process?
Registration and contact data:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Google Account (when using OAuth2 login)
Business data (B2B clients only):
- Company name
- VAT number
Usage and billing data:
- Overview of requests executed and credits consumed
- Billing history and payment status
- Date and time of use
- Change log of profile data (audit log)
3. Purpose
- Service delivery — providing the agreed AI automation services
- Billing and payment administration
- Access management — managing your account, credits and usage limits
- Communication — answering questions and sending service notifications
- Legal obligations — retaining financial administration
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
5. Retention
- Customer data and usage data: for the duration of the agreement, plus a maximum of 12 months after termination
- Billing and payment data: 7 years in accordance with statutory retention requirements
- Inactive registrations: maximum 3 months
6. Third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
AI model providers:
- Groq Inc. (US) — llama models. Transfer via SCC.
- Google LLC (US) — Gemini models + OAuth2 authentication. Transfer via SCC.
- Anthropic PBC (US) — Claude models for B2B premium. Transfer via SCC.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are located outside the EU. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
